摘要
脉冲编码调制是把模拟信号变换为数字信号的一种调制方式。首先概述了PCM的基本原理,分析了PCM流量控制技术及其特点。针对PCM流量控制技术存在的不足,提出了改进的PCM气体流量控制技术,来实现精确控制。阐述了改进的PCM气体流量控制技术工作原理,并将其应用于精炼炉底吹氩工艺中,同时简要介绍了精炼炉底吹氩的原理、精炼炉底吹氩系统的硬件和软件。实践表明,改进的PCM气体流量控制技术能精确、快速地实现控制流量。
Pulse code modulation(PCM) is a modulation mode which is used to switch analog signals to digital signals.The principle of PCM is firstly overviewed in the article,and the PCM technique for flux control and its traits are analyzed.In view of the fault of the PCM technique for flux control,the improved PCM technique for gas flux control which is used to realize accurate control is advanced.The article expounds the principle of improved PCM technique for gas flux control,and the technique is applied to refining furnace bottom blowing Argon.Then,the principle of refining furnace bottom blowing Argon and the hardware and software of refining furnace bottom blowing Argon system are simply introduced.The application shows that the improved PCM technique for gas flux control can realize flux control accurately and fleetly.
