摘要
根据塑料连接杆的结构特点,对其采用一模两件成型。对塑件小侧凹采用两个小滑块成型,大侧凹部分采用整体式大滑块成型,这样避免了滑块间的相互干涉,并简化了模具结构。同时对模架、浇注系统、成型零件、滑块、冷却系统和排气系统等模具的主要组成部分进行了分析。实践证明模具总体结构合理,运行可靠。
According to the structural characteristics of a plastic connecting link, we design an iniection mould which can produce two parts in one time. The small concaves on the two parts are shaped by two siders respectively, and the large concaves on the parts are shaped by a whole big slider, so to avoid interference between the sliders and To simplify the structure of the mould. The main part, of the mould, such as mould base, gating system, moulding part, slider, cooling system and exhaust system, are analyzed in detail. The practical production proves that the mould structure is rational,and the operation is reliable.
