摘要
针对传动副轴两端具有矩形花键的结构特点和精度要求,结合生产实践,分析了传动副轴冷挤压工艺和模具设计中的技术难点与关键。阐述了冷挤压工艺方案的制定,介绍了一种传动副轴冷挤压模具设计结构。生产实践结果表明,该模具总体结构设计合理,挤制的产品质量稳定、可靠。
Based on the accuracy demands and structure characteristics of having rectangular spline on two ends, combined with production practice, the technical difficulties and key points in cold-extrusion process and die design of subsidiary transmission shaft were analyzed. Cold-extrusion process plan and one kind of subsidiary transmission shaft cold- extrusion die structure was introduced. The production practice result shows that the die structure design is generally reasonable and the products quality are stable and reliable.
