摘要
以油酸和3-二甲氨基丙胺为反应物,在一定条件下通过缩合和季铵化反应合成了十八烷基酰胺丙基甜菜碱(BET-18)。分别考察了反应物配比、温度及时间对缩合反应的影响,并评价了甜菜碱在不同质量分数(或pH值)盐酸体系中的增黏性能。实验结果表明,缩合反应的最佳反应条件为:3-二甲基氨基丙胺与油酸的物质的量比为1.08∶1.0、反应温度为160℃、反应时间为8 h;当BET-18加量为5%(m/m)时,能使模拟酸岩反应的酸液体系表现出2次增黏的过程;在温度为80℃、剪切速率为170 s-1的条件下,pH值为3~4的BET-18残酸黏度能达到280 mPa.s。根据BET-18清洁变黏酸液体系的变黏特性,可将其应用到碳酸岩盐基质酸化及酸压增产措施中。
The octadecyl amide propyl betaine(BET-18) was synthesized by oleic acid and N,N-Dimethyl-1,3-diaminopropane through condensation and quaternization reactions.The effects of ratio of reactants,temperature and time on condensation were studied.The viscosity variation performance of BET-18 was investigated in different concentration(or pH value) hydrochloric acid solution.The experimental results indicate that the optimum parameters of condensation reaction are 1.0:1.08 by mole ratio of oleic acid and N,N-Dimethyl-1,3-diaminopropane,160 ℃ of reaction temperature and 8h of reaction time.Furthermore,the viscosity of acid system varies twice when the content of BET-18 reaches to 5wt%,and the viscosity of BET-18 reacted acid reaches to 280 mPa.s in conditions of temperature 80 ℃,shear rate 170 s-1 and pH 3-4.
