长庆气田变粘酸酸压工艺的研究与应用 被引量:19

STUDY AND APPLICATION OF ACID-FRACTURING TECHNIQUES WITH VISCOSIFIED ACID IN CHANGQING GAS FIELD

摘要 长庆气田碳酸盐岩储层具有低压、低渗、非均质性强等特点,酸化改造作为天然气井试气完井过程中一项必不可少的工序,是天然气勘探与开发的重要技术措施。自“八五”以来针对该储层的地质特点开展了一系列的室内研究和现场试验,形成了三大酸压工艺与配套技术。为进一步提高酸压改造效果,自2000 年以来,开发了新型的变粘酸酸液体系,文章阐述了变粘酸酸液体系的性能评价以及配套技术特点、工艺适应性及经济效果分析。现场试验结果表明,变粘酸酸压工艺取得了较好的增产效果。 The carbonate reservoirs of Changqing gas field have the characteristics of low pressure i low permeability, and strong heterogeneity etc. Acidizing stimulation is the necessary working link in the process of gas production test and well completion, and the important technical measure for gas exploration and production. Aiming to the geological features of the reservoir, a series of in-house study and field experiments have been conducted since the 'Eighth 5-years Plan', and the 3 acid-fracturing techniques and the matching techniques are developed. To improve the results of acid-fracturing stimulation further more, the new acid liquid system with viscosified acid has been developed since 2000. It is described the performance evaluation, the features of the matching techniques, the technical suitability, and the economic benefit for the acid liquid system with viscosified acid. The field experiment results show the acid-fracturing techniques with viscosified acid achieve satisfactory production-increasing results.
