摘要
针对页岩气开发中面临的页岩极易吸水膨胀、缩径、破碎垮塌等特点,优选出了有机盐聚合醇钻井液的配方。性能评价结果表明,与现场常用的聚合物和聚磺钻井液相比,该有机盐聚合醇钻井液具有较强的抑制性、封堵性能和较低的渗透性及活度,能阻止滤液进入页岩地层,防止页岩吸水膨胀垮塌,充分体现了体系的低活度防塌性能。并通过在第一口页岩气专层井宁206井的现场应用表明,有机盐聚合醇钻井液能解决易塌页岩地层的井眼稳定和页岩气井高伽玛碳质页岩的失稳问题。
At shale gas exploration,a formulation of organic salt polyglycol drilling fluid was optimized to overcome the difficulties of water swelling,tight hole and caving encountered in shale formations.The experimental results show that it has higher inhibition and sealing performances and lower penetration and activity than the sulfonate polymer drilling fluid.The application of the drilling fluid in well Ning206 was successful that can keep the borehole stable when drilling shale formations.
