摘要
从国家关于中高职贯通一体化政策导向,引出我国中高职贯通一体化建设的现状及存在的问题,并针对铁道施工与养护专业中高职一体化建设,抓住中高职在课程、师资队伍、升格时间等方面的衔接关键点,从专业内部晋升制度实施入手,扩展中高职一体化渠道建设和落实中高职贯通一体化。
Based on the policy guidance in middle and higher vocational integration of our country,the paper finds out the current situation and existing problems in middle and higher vocational integration.Focusing on the railway construction and maintenance specialty,the channels construction of middle and higher vocational integration has been expanded and implemented through grasping the key points in the connection of the courses,teaching staff and upgrade time and through the implementation of specialty internal promotion system.
