摘要
与本科生相比,高职生在心理发展过程中的认知、情感和意志过程方面呈现出的某些弱质倾向,导致他们在学风上形成了学习目标不明确、学习动力缺失和学习纪律松散等不良风气。良好的学校学风建设离不开有效的心理健康教育,大学生活的不同阶段、不同层次甚至不同学科的学生存在不同的心理特征,因此高职生的心理健康教育应该更加细致入微,更加有针对性。
Compared with undergraduate students,higher vocational college students show some weak tendency in the process of psychological development of cognitive processes,emotional processes and will processes.These lead to the formation of a negative trend in their study,such as they are not clear about their learning objectives,lack of learning motivation and have loose learning discipline and so on.A good style of study in schools cannot be constructed without effective mental health education.Different stages of university life,and even different levels of students in different disciplines have different psychological characteristics.Therefore,mental health education of higher vocational college students should be more painstaking and targeted.
