摘要
从烟田健康土壤中分离得到的59株真菌中,筛选出1株对青枯雷尔氏菌(Ralstonia solanacearum)有较好颉颃效果的真菌,抑菌圈直径为9.5 mm。对该菌株进行了脂肪酸组成分析和形态学观察,并经rDNA ITS区测序,该株真菌鉴定为浅黄新萨托菌(Neosartorya aureola)。
One strain of fungus with continuous inhibiting effect on Ralstonia solarwcearum was selected from 59 strains of fungi, which were isolated from healthy soil of tobacco growing region., and its diameter of the inhibition zone was 9.Smm. The cellular fatty acid profile and morphologic characteristics were studied. It was identified as Neosartorya aureola according to its morphological characteristics and rDNA ITS sequence analysis.
