摘要
本文首先说明了我国企业实行专利战略研究的重要性，接着阐述了企业专利战略研究的主要内容。在此基础上，指出我国企业如何在对外贸易中运用专利战略争取竞争的主动权。
It starts from the importance of Chinese enterprises' patent strategy. Then, it explainsthe major content of enterprises' patent strategy. And on the basis, it points out how chineseenterprises can utilize the patent strategy to take the initiative in the competition of foreign trade.
