摘要
我国是混凝土的生产和应用大国,但对结构耐久性的研究与推广还远远不足。铁路工程因为环境条件复杂,率先提出了有关技术标准和规范引导工程实践。结合南京南站混凝土耐久性要求,分析了站房混凝土结构环境条件,从设计措施、地域性材料选择、配合比试验、混凝土生产与浇筑、养护等方面进行了系统研究,从而选择了科学合理的标准配合比和严格先进的施工技术,成功应用于南京南站站房建设过程中。
Concre is used in large scale in China,however,the study on structure durability is far deficient.Because of complex environment in railway engineering,related technique standards is the first to be proposed to guide engineering practice.Based on the requirements of concrete durability in Nanjing South Railway Station construction,the authors analyze environmental conditions of concrete structure on station building,and systematically study various aspects about concrete,including design measures,regional material selection,mix proportion test,concrete production,concrete pouring and curing and so on,thus scientifically rational standard mix proportion and advanced construction technology are chosen,and are used in Nanjing South Railway Station construction.
