摘要
目的:探讨PTEN、E-cadherin和CD44v6蛋白表达与食管癌临床病理因素的关系。方法:采用免疫组织化学SP法分别检测39例食管正常黏膜、23例癌旁不典型增生和52例食管鳞状细胞癌组织中PTEN、E-cadherin和CD44v6蛋白的表达水平。结果:食管正常黏膜、癌旁不典型增生和食管鳞状细胞癌组织中PTEN、E-cadherin蛋白阳性表达率逐渐降低(χ2=14.322,21.622,P<0.001),CD44v6蛋白阳性表达率逐渐升高(χ2=19.372,P<0.001)。PTEN、E-cadherin阳性表达率随癌组织分化程度的降低而降低(P<0.01),随浸润深度的增加而降低(P<0.05);有淋巴结转移者PTEN、E-cadherin阳性表达率低于无淋巴结转移者(χ2=9.871和6.502,P=0.002和0.011)。CD44v6阳性表达率随癌组织分化程度的降低和浸润深度的增加而逐渐升高(P<0.05),有淋巴结转移者CD44v6阳性表达率高于无淋巴结转移者(χ2校正=4.442,P=0.035)。癌组织中E-cadherin、PTEN与CD44v6的表达呈负关联(rp=0.585,0.531,P<0.001),PTEN与E-cadherin的表达呈正关联(rp=0.601,P<0.001)。结论:PTEN、E-cad-herin和CD44v6的异常表达参与了食管鳞状细胞癌的发生、发展和浸润转移。
Aim:To explore the relationship between the expressions of PTEN,E-cadherin,CD44v6 and the clinical pathologic features of esophageal carcinoma.Methods:Immunohistochemistry SP was used to detect PTEN,E-cadherin and CD44v6 in 39 cases of normal esophageal tissues,23 cases of esophageal atypical hyperplasia tissues,and 52 cases of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma.Results:From the normal esophageal tissues,esophageal atypical hyperplasia to esophageal squamous cell carcinoma tissues,the positive expression rates of PTEN and E-cadherin decreased(χ2=14.322,21.622,P0.001),but that of CD44v6 increased(χ2=19.372,P0.001).The positive expression rates of PTEN and E-cadherin decreased with the decline of differentiation degree(P0.01)and the rise of invasion depth(P0.05).The positive expression rates of PTEN and E-cadherin were lower in carcinoma tissues with lymph node metastasis than those without (χ2=9.871,6.502;P=0.002,0.011).The positive expression rate of CD44v6 increased with the decline of differentiation degree and the rise of invasion depth(P0.05).The positive expression rate of CD44v6 was higher in carcinoma tissues with lymph node metastasis than those without(χ2 adj =4.442,P=0.035).The expressions of PTEN were positively related to E-cadherin(r p =0.601,P0.001),and both the expressions of E-cadherin and PTEN were negatively related to CD44v6(r p =0.587,0.531,P0.001).Conclusion:PTEN,E-cadherin and CD44v6 might participate in the incidence,development,invasion and metastasis of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma.
