原发性肝细胞癌组织中环氧化酶-2及E-钙黏蛋白的表达 被引量:4

Expressions of COX-2 and E-cadherin in hepatocellular carcinoma tissue

摘要 目的:检测原发性肝细胞癌(HCC)组织中环氧化酶-2(COX-2)及E-钙黏蛋白(E-cadherin)的表达。方法:采用免疫组化法检测64例HCC组织及12例正常肝组织中COX-2及E-cadherin的表达,并分析二者在HCC组织中的关联性及与临床病理特征的关系。结果:HCC组织中COX-2的表达高于正常肝组织(75.0%vs8.3%,χ2=16.805,P<0.001)。HCC组织中E-cadherin的表达低于正常肝组织(51.6%vs83.3%,χ2=4.152,P=0.042)。HCC组织中COX-2的表达与临床分期有关(χ2=9.069,P=0.011),E-cadherin的表达与组织分化程度(χ2=7.635,P=0.022)及临床分期(χ2=6.786,P=0.034)均有关。HCC组织中COX-2及E-cadherin蛋白的表达呈负关联(rP=0.324,P=0.006)。结论:HCC组织中COX-2蛋白高表达及E-cadherin蛋白低表达可能在HCC的发生、发展中发挥一定作用,二者联合检测可能用于预测HCC的侵袭性。 Aim:To investigate the expressions of cyclooxygenase-2(COX-2)and E-cadherin in hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)tissue.Methods:The expressions of COX-2 and E-cadherin in 64 cases of HCC and 12 cases of normal liver tissue were detected by immunohistochemistry.Results:The expression rate of COX-2 in HCC tissue was higher than that in normal liver tissue(75.0% vs 28.3%,χ2=16.805,P0.001).The expression rate of E-cadherin in HCC tissue was lower than that in normal liver tissue(51.6% vs 83.3%,χ2=4.152,P=0.042).The expression of COX-2 in HCC tissue was related with clinical stage(χ2=9.069,P=0.011).The expression of E-cadherin in HCC tissue was related with tissue differentiation(χ2=7.635,P=0.022)as well as clinical stage(χ2=6.786,P=0.034).The expression of COX-2 and E-cadherin was negatively associated in HCC tissue(rP=0.324,P=0.006).Conclusion:The high expression of COX-2 and low expression of E-cadherin in HCC tissue may play roles in the occurrence and development of HCC tissue,and the two markers are probably to become indicators predicting the invasive characteristic of HCC.
