摘要
昆虫作为地球生物资源最丰富的一个类群,具有营养价值高、易于饲养等优点。国外食用昆虫已屡见不鲜,国内食用昆虫及其衍生品却一直不温不火。调查了目前我国食用昆虫的发展现状,分析了制约其开发的多种因素,对食用昆虫的开发利用前景进行了展望。
Being as one of the most abundant biological resources on earth,insect has the advantages of higher nutritional value and easy keeping.The food made of edible insect in foreign countries has already been a perfectly natural thing,but in China the edible insect and its derivatives are always teoid.This paper investigates the current development of edible insect in China,analyzes some factors restricting its development,and looks forward to the prospects of the development and utilization of edible insect.
