摘要
目的研究大蒜素、派丽奥软膏及浓台氏液对牙周致病菌的体外抑制作用并加以对比,探讨将大蒜素用于牙周病临床治疗的可行性。方法采用洞一平板法对牙龈卟啉单胞菌和伴放线放线杆菌进行抑菌实验对比,以抑菌环大小作横向和纵向的比较。结果大蒜素、派丽奥软膏及浓台氏液对牙龈卟啉单胞菌和伴放线放线杆菌均有抑制作用,大蒜素对牙龈卟啉单胞菌的作用强于伴放线放线杆菌。结论大蒜素可以成为牙周病治疗的一种很有潜力的新药物。
Objectives to compare the growth inhibition effect invitro of Garlicin, Perioline and Glyeerinum Iodi Compositus on periodontopathie bacteria, and to discuss the feasibility of using garlicin on periodontal diseases therapy. Methods perforating- plate process was used to compare the inhibition effect on P. ginglvalis and A. actinomycetemcomitans , to measure antibacterial circle size for the horizontal and vertical comparison. Results the garlicin,perialine and Glyeerinum Iodi Compositus inhibited the growth of the tested pathogens. The inhibition effect of garlicin on P.gingivalis is more stronger than A .aetinomycetemcomitans. Conclusion garlicin can be a new potential medicine used in the periodontal disease therapy.
