Analysis of Reputation Incentive Mechanism of Scientific-technological Talents

摘要 声誉激励对研发与创新能力的提升具有重要促进作用。在建设我国科技人才声誉激励机制的过程中,一方面,需要克服企业家声誉激励机制中的边际效用递减难题,实现"他激励"与"自激励"的均衡统一,促进科技人才将社会声望和荣誉转化为"内激力";另一方面,需要克服过于功利化的激励取向,改变奖励式的声誉激励模式。这就需要根据研发与创新活动的规律和科技人才的特质,在反思我国声誉激励机制嬗变历程的基础上,探寻重构科技人才声誉激励机制的具体路径。 Scientific and reasonable reputation incentive mechanism can efficiently encounter the dilemma of marginal utility to entrepreneurial reputation incentive mechanism;realize the coordinate and balance of External incentive and internal incentive,encourage more innovative talents turn its social reputation and prestige to be its " internal incentive power",which can pioneer its potential ability,begin its scientific innovative activity,set up examples to some extent in the whole society.However,the profit-oriented value destination weaken the internal motivate of reputation incentive mechanism to those scientific and technological talents,reward-oriented reputation incentive also lead to the declining of marginal utility of scientific innovation.And so we have to look up the means to rebuild the reputation incentive mechanism of scientific and technological innovative talents based on the retrospect of the evolution of such a mechanism,and according to the internal rules of scientific and technological innovative activity and the internal characteristic of such kind of talents.
