摘要
将西方经济学的边际效用递减规律引入组织,揭示了组织成员对奖励、批评、工作、组织自身等诸方面“消费”都存在着边际效用递减现象,指出了组织的管理者应启动管理艺术,缓解或抑制组织成员的边际效用递减,从而调动成员的积极性,提高管理效果。
The paper introduces the Diminishing Marginal Utility rule in Western Economics to the organization. It reveals that Diminishing Marginal Utility exists in the organizational members' 'consumption', such as reward, criticism, work and the organization itself. It points out that the administrative personnel must employ the management art to alleviate or restrain the members' Diminishing Marginal Utility so as to bring the members' initiative into play and improve the results of the management.
