摘要
在目前我国社会追求全面协调发展的形势下，为切实保障和方便人民群众行使诉讼权利，有效化解社会矛盾，真正案结事了，各级人民法院在坚持“调解优先，调判结合”的方针下积极倡导诉讼调解。而树立调解理念，增强调解意识，创新诉讼调解方法，提升调解成功率，把握好“析、找、摸、做”四个环节，灵活运用“对症下药”的调解策略，坚持与人为本，充分利用社会资源拓宽调节渠道等，是做好民事案件诉讼调解工作的有效方法与艺术。
In pursuing a comprehensive and coordinated development of society, in order to ensure the convenience for the people to exercise the right of litigation to effectively solve conflicts, people＇s courts at various levels actively advocates the litigation mediation under the policy of mediation priority and the combination of judgment and mediation. The method and art of litigation mediation in civil cases is to establish mediation ideas, to enhance the consciousness of mediation, to innovate litigation mediation, to improve the successful rate of mediation, and sticking with the people -oriented, to make full use of social resources to broaden the channels of litigation mediation, etc.
