摘要
随着社会的发展,登记离婚在我国呈逐年较大幅度上升的趋势,并带来一系列的社会问题。从我国离婚登记法律制度的发展、对人们婚姻状况的影响去反思离婚登记法律制度的缺陷,探讨如何从立法层面制定更加符合我国国情的离婚登记法律制度,对保护妇女儿童的合法权益,提高人们幸福和谐的指数有一定的社会意义。
With the development of society, the divorce registration in China increases substantially year by year, and brings a range of social problems. In this paper, the author reflects on the deficiencies of legal system on divorce registration, and explores how to develop the divorce registration accords with China＇s national conditions on the legislative level from the development of divorce registration in China and its influence on people＇ s marital status, which has a great social significance on protecting the legitimate rights and interests of women and children, and improves people＇s happy and harmonious index.
