摘要
为找到航空发动机燃-滑油热交换器焊缝裂纹产生的主要原因,对燃-滑油热交换器进行了稳态工作应力仿真分析,提出一种新的安装思路,并对在新的安装方式燃-滑油热交换器进行了整体和失效部位的工作应力仿真分析。结果表明,新安装方式可以有效改善发动机工作时热交换器的工作应力分布和降低峰值,为降低热交换器工作应力和预防焊缝裂纹找到了有效的途径和方法。
To find the main cause of fuel -lubricating oil heat exchanger's weld cracks on a certain aero - engine, the paper gives a steady simulation analysis of fuel - lubricating oil heat exchanger. Then, a new installation method is presented and the working stress of the entire and disabled parts of the newly fuel -lubricating oil heat exchanger are analyzed. The results show that this new installation method can effectively improve the working stress distribution of the heat exchanger and reduce the peak. Thus, the effective ways are found for reducing the working stress of the heat exchanger and pre- venting the weld cracks.
