摘要
城市化的均衡态是中国城市化进行过程中的发展方向,对于促进城市化健康、有效发展具有重要作用。通过对"均衡型城市化"模式的分析,文章得出中国城市化的"非均衡"突显、"城市病"的出现以及农村"空壳化"问题的显露是"均衡型城市化"的现实动因,基于这些动因的分析,文章进一步认为,在城市化进程中以及城市化模式抉择的形势下,实现城市的网络化、寻找最佳城市规模、实行农村"就地城市化"和优化产业空间、促进产业升级,已成为我国实现均衡型城市化的现实策略选择。
Equilibrium Urbanization is the development direction of urbanization process in China,which plays an important role in promoting healthy and effective development for the city.Through the brief analysis of its main pattern,we can see that the ＂unbalanced＂ highlights of China＇s urbanization,the emergence of urban disease,the problem of rural ＂empty shell＂ are the real reasons of ＂balanced urbanization＂.Based on the analysis of the reasons of ＂balanced urbanization＂,we can put some useful forwards to achieve the development strategy of ＂balanced urbanization＂ under the background of the process and model choice of urbanization,such as realize the city network,find the optimal city size and execute local rural turns to city as well as optimize industrial space and promote industrial upgrading.
