摘要
为了提高三自由度转台的系统建模及其控制精度,首先根据三自由度转台的特点,用系统辨识的方法辨识系统的参数,建立其数学模型。然后在此基础上,设计了控制器,利用MATLAB对其进行了仿真,得到了很好的仿真效果。最后将控制器应用到实际系统,实验结果表明,设计的控制器能较好的控制转台。
In order to improve the accuracy of Three-axis table system's modeling and control, first according to the characteristics of three-axis table, using system identification method identify the parameter of system, establish mathematical model of the system. Then on this basis, design a controller and simulate the system in MATLAB and a good result is obtained. Finally, the controller is applied to the actual system, the experimental results prove, the controller control the Three-axis Table well.
