摘要
以农业高校教师为研究对象,通过问卷调查,对教师的工作满意度现状、影响因素进行了分析。研究显示,当前农业高校教师的工作满意度整体不高;上级管理、发展机会、生活条件正向影响工作满意度,工作压力负向影响工作满意度,而人际关系则可以显著调节上述关系。据此,提出了提高教师工作满意度的对策。
As the subjects are teachers in agricultural university,through questionnaires,the status of teachers' job satisfaction and effect factors were analyzed.Studies have shown that the current teachers' job satisfaction in agricultural university is not high: superior management,opportunities of development and living conditions have positive effects on the job satisfaction,while work stress has negative effect on job satisfaction,and relationships can significantly adjust the relations.Accordingly,the measures to improve teachers' job satisfaction are proposed.
