摘要
报导一种分离和纯化大鼠再生肝细胞的新方法——percoll密度梯度离心法。本方法快速稳定,而且便于提纯和体外培养,细胞成活力高。
This paper reported a new method——percoll density gradient centrifugation for isolation and purification of the regenerated cells of rats. The rapid and gentle method is convenient for purification and external cultivation, as a result, the survival ability of the purified cell was high.
