摘要
针对目前供电营业厅管理系统建设分散、系统和设备间交互过少的问题,研制出了一种互动化营业厅服务管理系统。在集中式体系结构的基础上,利用综合数据采集技术、基于关键指标分析的营业厅智能管理技术,实现了营业厅运行数据采集及告警、设备运行管理、服务质量统计分析考核、应急管理及智能决策等功能。介绍了互动化营业厅服务管理系统的设计思想、系统功能、关键技术和一个典型工程应用。
In view of the scattered construction in the power supply business hall management systems and the lack of connection between systems and facilities,an advanced interactive power supply business hall management system is proposed and designed.The management system based on centralized architecture is supported by the comprehensive data collection technology and business hall intelligent management technology by key performance indicator analyses.Many functions of the system are achieved,for instance,operation data acquisition and alarm,equipment operation management,quality of service statistical analysis,emergency management and intelligent decision,etc.Finally,a typical engineering application case is introduced.
