摘要
本文首先介绍了目前国内水电厂在生产安全防护方面的现状,针对存在的安全防护不健全、系统联动不够等方面的问题,提出了未来智能水电厂安全防护系统的设计思路,描述了安全防护系统不同层次和相关模块的作用和功能,从电力系统两个安全大区的横向分布和门禁、消防、工业电视等六大系统的纵向贯通进行了详细设计,为智能水电厂的安全防护建设提供了新的思路。
This paper first introduce the security protection situation in the present domestic hydropower plants.Focusing on solving the existing problems for example: imperfect Security protection,lack of multi-system linkage,and etc,the Security protection design for future Smart hydropower plants is presented;different levels and related module role and function for Security protection system are described.Besides,this paper gives a detailed design from the transverse distribution of the power system two Security regions and the longitudinal through of six big systems for example,access control,fire protection,industrial TV and etc.It provides a new idea for Security protection construction in smart hydropower plants.
