摘要
采用6V-6Ah电池恻定了含不同硫酸盐添加剂的正极活性物质利用率及电池的湿储存性能,结果表明:含添加剂硫酸亚锡、硫酸钠、硫酸钢和硫酸错的正极在5A(1.2h率)恒流放电时,其活性物质利用率分别为38.6%、36.9%、35.9%和34.1%,而无添加剂时则为32.4%;电池经1年储存后,在相同的放电条件下,测得电池年自放电率,分别为26.7%,14.9%,19.8%及11.7%,而无添加剂时则为205%.
The utilization coefficient of the positive active material and the wet storage per formance of the batteries containing different sulphate additives have been measured using 6V-6 Ah batteries. The results show that the utilization coefficiets of the positive active material containing the additives of tinsulphate,sodium sulphate,cadmium sulphate and bismuth sulphate are 38. 6%, 36. 9%, 35. 9% and 34. 1% at the constant discharge current of 5 A, respectively, while that of the additive-free is 32. 4%- Their self-discharge rates of the positive electrode for one year of shelf life are 26. 7%, 14. 9%, 19. 8% and 11. 7%, respectively, while that of the additive-free is 20. 5 %.
