摘要
针对体制转轨时期人才资源需求预测的特殊情况，在Ｓ市人才普查的基础上开发了人才资源需求预测ＤＳＳ·在开发过程中，提出了基本模型库的概念，并由基本模型库出发生成模型库，以适应不断变化的需要，提高预测可靠性·
China is turning from planning economy system to marketing economy system,so the specialist resources requirement forecast model used in the past is not suitable for the special condition. In this paper,a new forecast DSS was developed to meet the need of the economy development condition,in this DSS′s construction,a new concept basic model library was proposed based on which,the model libraries were generated to adapt the conditional variation of circumstances and to raise the reliable degree of prediction. According to S city′s actual condition,this paper gave three basic specialist resources requirement models to construct a model library,then it was applied to predict the demand of specialist from 2000 to 2010 in S city,which proved that the new precision method was more reliable than the traditional ways.
