摘要
针对我国经济体制转轨时期的特殊情况，提出了一种新的人才需求预测方法，并预测了Ｌ省１９９４－２０００年科技人才的需求量。同时，也给出了人才培养规模的最优决策。
In accordance with China's transforming from a planned economy to market economy,a new modelling method for the complex economic system is stated in this paper,and manpower requirement of L provincc in the 1994-2000 are forecasted by means of the model。Moreover,the optimal decisions for the manpower training are also given in this paper.
