摘要
近年来,随着国内天然气长输管道的快速发展,长输管道建设工艺不断提高,且日趋成熟。在国内诸多的地质条件中,流沙地质成为众多管道施工中的一个难点,越来越被关注。以榆林—济南输气管道工程线路工程10标段JW X 062桩处顶管穿越电厂公路为例,对流沙地质条件下的顶管施工工艺进行了研究。根据流沙地质情况,对采用顶管施工的可行性进行分析,确定施工方案及施工措施,得到流沙顶管施工工艺的关键在于对水和沙的处理,采取措施以减少不良地质对施工的影响。
In recent years,with the fast development of the gas transmission pipeline,the gas pipeline construction process is increasingly improved and becomes mature.In many giological conditions,quicksand giologic has got more and more attentions as one of many difficulties.By 10 bidding section JWX062 pile jacking pipe crossing power plant road of Yulin-Jinan gas pipeline project case,analyze the jacking pipe construction process under the quicksand giological condition.Analyze the feasibility of jacking pipe construction based on the quicksand giological condition.Define the construction program and measures. Finally,the key point of quicksand jacking pipe construction process is the treatment of water and sand.Take measures to reduce the effect of adverse giological on the construction.
