摘要
为科学衡量农村信息化发展水平,指导区域农村信息化工作,在对国内外信息化评测体系研究的基础上,构建北京农村信息化工作绩效考评指标体系,用以评测北京地区农村信息化工作绩效,达到通过绩效考评制定科学合理的农村信息化发展政策,全面提升北京农村信息化工作绩效水平的目的。
In order to measure the development level of rural informatization and guide the regional work,the evaluation system of rural informatization performance of Beijing,based on the study of domestic and foreign information evaluation systems,is established to evaluate the rural informatization performance in Beijing.Thus scientific and rational development policy of rural informatization can be made to improve the performance of rural informatization in Beijing.
