摘要
采用自制兔用层流架,配合带过滤罩的换气扇作为空气净化设备,建立面积为11 .5 m2 的动物实验室。经检测,动物实验室和层流架内噪声均低于60 dB;动物实验室工作照度为160 ～180lx;层流架内动物照度为13 ～20 lx。消毒后,层流架内落菌数为(1 .4 ±0 .5 ～3 .4 ±1 .8) 个/ 皿(90) ,携菌数测试未测到细菌。新西兰离乳兔饲养3 个月生长发育正常,表明层流架性能良好。该层流架价格低廉,维持费用低,使用操作简便,能保证清洁级环境。
Establish an animal laboratory of an area of 11.5m 2,using self-made rabbit laminar flow rack in combination with change gas fans with filter covers as air purification equipment.Testing shows the noise inside the animal laboratory or the laminar flow rack is below rack 13～20 lux.After sterilization,in side the laminar flow rack the fall bacterium number is 1.4±0.5～3.4±1.8 see (90)·hr.Bacterium-carrying number test doesn't detect bacterium. During the 3 minth's raise experiment, the Newzealand wean rabbits grow well.It shows that the laminar flow rack is good in function,low in price and maintaining cost, simple in operation and able to garantee clean environment.It can be applied to the raising of clean animals on medium or modest scale and in animal laboratory.
