独立通气笼盒与层流架中小鼠生长发育性能比较 被引量:8

摘要 本文比较测定BALB/c和ICR两种品系的小鼠在IVC与层流架(LAFR)饲育设备中的生长发育水平。结果显示:在IVC中的BALB/c小鼠初生体重高于LAFR(P<0.05);离乳重及成年体重(8周龄)二品系动物均为IVC优于LAFR(P<0.01)。
