摘要
本文介绍了内皮素受体的分型、分布、结构特征、生物效应及相应的受体拮抗剂等；简述了其作用机制及调控因素；并对近年来有关心血管疾病病理状态下，内皮素受体数量与亲和力的变化，以及其在疾病发生、发展过程中的作用等进行了概述。
The classification, tissue distributions, structural characteristics, biological effects, mechanisms of action and regulation factors of endothelin receptors and their antagonists were introduced briefly.The recent studies on the alterations in quantity and affinity of ETR and their roles in varied cardiovasscular deseases were reviewed.
