摘要
目的：观察野菊花水提液的体内外抗氧化作用。方法：分别用ＴＢＡ 法、ＤＴＮＢ 法及紫外分光光度法测定脂质过氧化（ＬＰＯ） 产物ＭＤＡ 的含量、全血谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶（ＧＳＨＰｘ） 及过氧化氢酶（ＣＡＴ） 活力。结果：野菊花水提液体外可抑制大鼠心、脑、肝、肾组织自动ＬＰＯ 及由Ｈ２Ｏ２ 引发的红细胞脂质过氧化及溶血；小鼠ｉｇ 给药２ｇ（ｋｇ·ｄ）７ｄ ，可显著升高全血ＧＳＨＰｘ 、ＣＡＴ 活力（ Ｐ＜ ０ ．０５） 。结论：野菊花水提液具有很好的抗氧化作用。
OBJECTIVE:To observe the anti oxidation effects of Chrysanthemum indicum L. water extract in vivo and in vitro.METHOD:The content of MDA,the whole blood GSH Px and CAT activities were measured with TBA,DTNB and UV methods respectively.RESULTS:Chrysanthemum indicum L. water extract could inhibit lipid peroxidation of tissue homogenate of heart,brain,liver,kidney of rat and it could also inhibit lipid peroxidation and hemolysis of red blood cell caused by H 2O 2.When mice were given(ig) the water extract 2g/(kg·d) for 7 days,the whole blood GSH Px and CAT activities were significantly higher than those in control group (P<0.05).CONCLUSION:Water extract from Chrysanthemum indicum L. has strong anti oxidation effects in vivo and in vitro.
