摘要
采用慢应变速率试验(SSRT)技术研究了固溶态的和敏化态的316型不锈钢在含5ppm Cl^-的300℃高温水中子不同电位下的应力腐蚀破裂(SCC)行为,并对SCC试样表面膜进行了俄歇电子能谱(AES)分析。结果表明,316不锈钢的SCC敏感性与外加电位以及表面膜小Ni的富集程度和氧化膜厚度等密切相关。
The SCC behavior of 316 stainless steel in high temperature water containing 5ppm Cl^- at 300℃ was studies using slow strain rate tests. The surface films formed on SCC specimens were analysed with the aid of AES. The resistance to SCC of stainless steel increased with the enhancement of Ni within the surface film and the decrease of the thinkness of oxide films. The susceptibility to SCC and cracking modes of 316 stainless steel were related to the applied potentials.
