摘要 通过研究亚麻SRAP反应体系中主要因子对扩增结果的影响,建立了亚麻SRAP-PCR反应的优化体系;对戴安娜和宁亚17两个品种进行SRAP分析,筛选出19对具多态性的SRAP特异引物组合;本研究为利用以上两个品种构建我国的亚麻遗传连锁图谱奠定了基础。 In order to establish an optimum SRAP-PCR system, the influence of the major elements of SRAP reaction system in flax was studied. The SRAP analysis of DIANA (a flax variety used for fiber) and NINGYA NO.17 (a flax variety used for oil) was carried out with 88 pairs of random primers according to the optimized PCR reacting system. 19 primers which could produce polymorphism bands were seleceted. The two varieties can be used as foundmental materials to construct flax genetic linkage map by the use of the two primers.
