摘要
介绍CIMS中检测工艺自动规划系统的功能结构和各功能模块的主要内容。该系统具有合理的功能结构 ,能自动完成检测工艺的规划与优化工作 ,且具有良好的可维护性。
In this paper,the functional frame of the automated planning system of detecting process in CIMS is brifely introduced and main contents of functional modules are also introduced.The funcational frame of this system is reasonable.It can accomplish automatically detecting process planning and optimization.The system has good maintainability,expansibility and trasportability.
