摘要
介绍了汽车制动器摩擦片直径与垂直度自动检测系统,重点分析了检测原理和微机系统的软硬件设计。该系统除上下料以外,全部实现了自动化,完成一个工件的检测仅需40s,重复精度达到0.02mm,满足了检测工艺的要求。
The paper presents an automatic measuring system of brake wearing plate for diameter and perpendicularity, which works automatically except workpiece loading and unloading and meets the requirements of inspection technology that repeatability should be within 0.02 mm and total measuring time about 40 s for one brake. Also analysis of measuring principle and design of software and hardware of microcomputer are emphasized.
