从观念转变、体制改革、教学模式和方法的创新、师资队伍建设四个方面论述了实验教学改革存在的问题，强调了实验教学改革的必要性和重要性，
In this article,the problems on the reform of experimental teaching are discussed from four aspects which are ideal changing,system reforming,teaching models and methodic innovating,qualified teacher group constructing.In the meanwhile,the necessary and importance of the experimental teaching reform are emphasized.The methods and ways of solving the present problems are proposed.
