摘要
文章在全面分析总结天津市城乡基本医疗卫生制度建设中存在的主要问题的基础上,提出了推进天津市城乡基本医疗卫生制度建设的构想,并具体设计了推进天津市基本医疗卫生制度建设的重点项目,为下一步推进城乡基本医疗卫生制度建设提供借鉴。
Based on comprehensive summary and analysis of the main problems of constructing basic health system in rural and urban Tianjin, some ideas were put forward to promote the construction of basic health system in rural and urban Tianjin. Furthermore, several key projects were designed to provide reference for the construction.
