摘要
目的:研究红花注射液对慢性肾脏病患者肾功能、肾纤维化的作用。方法:60例患者随机分为治疗组40例和对照组20例,对照组予以一般治疗和对症治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上予红花注射液20 mL静滴,日1次,2周为1疗程,1-3疗程后观察红花注射液对慢性肾脏病患者肾功能指标即血清肌酐(Scr)、尿素氮(BUN)、内生肌酐清除率(Ccr)和纤维化指标即血清层粘连蛋白(LN)、Ⅲ型前胶原(PC-Ⅲ)、Ⅳ型胶原(CⅣ)、透明质酸(HA)的影响。结果:与对照组患者比较,治疗组能明显降低慢性肾脏病患者的Scr、BUN、LN、PC-Ⅲ、CⅣ、HA水平。两者比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:红花注射液能改善肾纤维化,延缓慢性肾脏病的进程。
Objective： To study the effect of Honghua Injection on renal function and renal fibrosis of patients with chronic kidney disease.Methods： 60 patients were randomly divided into treatment group（40 cases）and a control group（20 cases）.The control group received general treatment and symptomatic treatment,while the treatment group were given 20ml intravenous injection of safflower injection,once a day and 2 weeks of treatment.After 1-3 courses of treatment observed the effects of Honghua Injection on the renal function makers including serum creatinine（Scr）,blood urea nitrogen（BUN）,endogenous creatinine clearance rate（Ccr） and the serum fibrosis markers including laminin protein（LN）,Ⅲ procollagen（PC-Ⅲ）,Ⅳ collagen（C Ⅳ）,hyaluronic acid（HA）.Results： Compared with the control group,the treatment could significantly reduce the levels of Scr,BUN,LN,PC-Ⅲ,CⅣ,HA of patients with chronic kidney disease.There was a statistical significance（P0.05）.Conclusion： Honghua Injection can improve renal fibrosis,delay the process of chronic kidney disease.
