知识经济时代 ,知识已经取代资本和劳动成为组织的第一资源。知识本身具有一系列特殊属性 ,相应的给组织的知识获取、利用、共享和创造带来了许多难题 。
Knowledge has been the first organizational resource by taking the place of capital and labor.The specialties of knowledge bring about many problems of organizational knowledge management,such as the acquisition,use,share and creation of knowledge.It would be instructive to carry out knowledge management effectively by getting a clear cognition of these problems.
