摘要目的探讨不同麻醉方式对老年高血压病患者术中应激反应的影响。方法随机选择2009年2月～2011年8月上腹部手术的老年高血压患者60例,随机分为两组,分别采用单纯全身麻醉、全身麻醉联合硬膜外阻滞。于麻醉前、切皮、手术60min、拔管时分别测皮质醇、肾上腺素、内皮素水平、MAP值及HR值。结果全身麻醉联合硬膜外阻滞组患者手术60min及拔管时皮质醇、肾上腺素明显低于全身麻醉组(P<0.05);切皮时、手术60min及拔管时内皮素水平、HR值明显低于全身麻醉组(P<0.05);拔管时MAP值明显低于全身麻醉组(P<0.05)。结论全身麻醉联合硬膜外阻滞可很好地调控老年高血压病患者术中应激反应,值得推广应用。
