摘要
以浙江主栽的荸荠杨梅、东魁杨梅、丁岙梅、晚稻杨梅为试材,应用灰色关联度分析法,对与杨梅制汁、制粉以及保健有关的性状指标进行综合评价。结果表明,东魁杨梅是适宜的制汁和制粉品种,晚稻杨梅是保健价值最好的品种。
The juice processing,powder processing and health characteristics of four different bayberry varieties were comprehensively evaluated by using the grey correlative degree analysis.These four bayberry varieties,'Biqi','Dongkui','Wandao' and 'Dingao' were collected from different areas of Zhejiang province.The results showed that Dongkui is the suit variety for juice and powder processing.Wandao is the best variety for its health value.
