摘要
用不同浓度的PP333溶液喷布溪蜜柚植株,测定越冬期叶片膜透性、淀粉和可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白质、游离脯氨酸等渗透调节物质含量以及SOD活性、线粒体膜Na+-K+ATP酶活性、束缚水/自由水比值等与耐寒性有关的指标。结果表明,PP333喷布浓度为750~1000mg·1-1时明显提高溪蜜抽的耐寒性。
Shoots of Guanxi Pomelo(Citrus grandis Osbeck)were sprayed with PP333(Paclobutrazol) solution of different concentrations. Some indexes relative to cold tolerance were determined during the winter period. The membrane permeability, contents of starch and soluble sugar, soluble protein and free proline, activities of superoxide (SOD)and chondriosome membrane Na+-K+ATPasc,ratio of bound water to free water in leaves were measured. Results showed that the treatment of 750~1 000 mg .1-1 PP333 had a significant effect on promoting the cold tolerance of Guanxi Pummelo.
