摘要
为有效回收新疆某铁磷矿资源中的铁、磷矿物,对其进行了选矿工艺研究。结果表明,采用优先浮磷—浮磷尾矿磁选收铁的工艺流程,在原矿含Fe15.15%、含P2O52.28%的情况下,可以获得含Fe1.73%、Fe分布率0.81%,含P2O529.36%、P2O5回收率89.27%的磷精矿和含Fe64.87%、Fe回收率50.04%,含P2O50.17%、P2O5分布率0.85%的铁精矿。矿石中的有价元素得到了较好的综合回收。
An iron apatite ore from Xinjiang contains Fe15.15%,P2O52.28%,which belongs to a low grade iron apatite ore.Beneficiation process research was carried out to provide a basis for its exploitation and utilization.The process consisting of preferential apatite flotation,and iron recovery by magnetic separation was adopted through comparative tests,which obtained a phosphate concentrate grade 29.36% at a recovery of 89.27%;iron concentrate grade 64.87% at a recovery of 50.04%.The results present a good comprehensive recovery of the valuable elements of the ore.
