摘要
本文概述了我国硫铁矿资源开发利用的历史和现状,评述了资源量浪费以及对生态环境的影响,针对我国低品位硫铁矿资源的特点与现今工艺技术的发展现状,总结了采用重-浮选、全浮选工艺生产高品位硫精砂(S%>45%)方案,提出了低品位硫铁矿和高硫煤综合开发利用生产硫磺的工艺技术方案,对资源综合利用及资源、经济、环境协调发展提出了有益见解。
This paper outlines the history and status of exploiting pyrites resources in our country.It also makes comments on the waste of resources and the effects on the ecological environment.Aiming at the characteristics of low grade sulfur iron ore resources in China and the development of current process technology,the paper summarizes the program for using gravity-flotation and flotation process to produce high grade sulfur concentrate（S%45%）,and puts forward technology plans for comprehensive utilization of low grade pyrites and high-sulfur coal to produce sulfur.It provides some constructive proposals for comprehensive utilization of resources and coordinated development of economy,resources and environment.
