摘要
高技术产业是优化产业结构、提高经济实力的重要产业之一。中部六省高技术产业的发展取得了较大的成就,但与我国经济发达省份相比还相对落后,差距较大。为此,运用指标分析的方法,对中部六省高技术产业的产出、投入、创新效率等方面进行了比较研究。结果表明,促进中部高技术产业发展的对策主要有:实行中心增长极带动战略;大力发展特色优势产业;实施产学研相结合,促进科技成果转化;加强人才培养和人力资源开发。
High-tech industry is to optimize the industrial structure,improve the economic strength of the major industries.Six provinces in central high-tech industry has made great achievements,but China＇s economically developed provinces,the development of relatively backward,the gap is larger.To this end,the use of index analysis method,the six provinces in central high-tech industry output,investment,innovation,efficiency,etc.were compared.The results show that high-tech industry to promote the development of the central strategies are： the line center to drive growth pole strategy;to develop industries with local advantages;implement a combination of research,to promote scientific and technological achievements;to strengthen personnel training and human resource development.
