摘要
目的降低血液非正常报废率,减少血液资源浪费。方法对2005～2010年血液非正常报废情况进行统计分析。结果血液非正常报废率呈下降趋势,报废以破损、溶血、脂血为主。结论血站质量管理部门应从选好采血袋、加强体检咨询、严格执行操作规程、强化护理人员采血技能训练、科学合理储血等入手,有效降低血液的非正常报废率。
Objective To decrease abnormal scrapped blood, and reduce the waste of blood resources. Method From 2005 to 2010, the information of abnormal scrapped blood was analyzed. Result The abnormal scrapped rate of blood had a decline tendency. The main causes for scrapped blood were damage, hemolysis, and lipemia. Conclusion Blood Quality Management should choose the right blood bags, strengthen medical examination, strictly enforce the rules, train nurse staff on blood collection technical, take blood storage with scientific and reasonable method, to effectively reduce the abnormal scrapped blood.
